Recipes
This recipe is a great and easy weekly staple you can serve the family or meal prep for yourself! I often use this recipe when I am on a time crunch, or when I am trying to hit my protein goals, or whenever my family requests it. It is honestly so good and easy! Made in less than 30 minutes, cook on the stove top in a skillet

I have even cooked this over an open flame while camping! Rice took a bit of time, however if you soak it in water throughout the day it will become easier to cook over the flame! Our neighbors eating the basic hot dogs and hamburgers would stare enviously as we have steak stirfry! It’s sooo good!

Ingredients:
1 package of Shaved Beef (or even the fajita style cut beef! Both will work!)
1 cup of white rice (I only use Basmati)
1 Pepper, any color! Or even the small snack peppers if that’s what you have
1 Sweet or White onion (size can be based on how much you like onion)
1TBS Butter
Steak seasoning
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder or Minced Garlic
Terriaki Sauce
Soy Sauce
Easy Shaved Beef Stirfry
Wash your rice, and start cooking heating it up (if you have time, you can let your rice soak in the water for some time, it will make some super fluffy rice!)
Chop up your veggies and onion, place in skillet with butter to sauté
Remove veggies and onion, place in bowl, set aside
(And I always get asked where I got this beautiful Glass Container for my rice, so many size options as well!)

Cook the Beef
I chop up the shaved beef in 1in sections, so that my younger child doesn’t have to fight the longer pieces of meat, it’s much easier to eat too on the road in a thermos!
In the same skillet, place meat and add seasonings and sauces
Measure with your heart!
If I know this dinner is for the whole family, specifically my husband who loves lots of flavor, I will add a little more than if I were meal prepping this for just me
Once the meat is almost cooked the way you like, add in the veggies & onion, stir and cover
Add more sauces if you feel like it’s a little dry, you want some extra sauce in the pan to drizzle to flavor the rice
Below in this picture is when I cooked this lovely meal over an open flame like a real camper, this is the exact Camp Fire Grill we have and it is sooo nice to have!

Assemble & Eat!
Once the rice is cooked how you like, you may serve & enjoy immediately! Or wait to cool and separate in containers to eat throughout the week!
Spoon how ever much rice you’d like, and spoon however much stirfry you’d like on top :)
EASY AS THAT! I love these Food Storage Containers for all my meal prepping needs!
